Saxo platforms communicate with a set of remote servers in order to function properly.
Most users will not need to make any changes to their Network Environment for our platforms to run optimally – typically, users behind a corporate firewall could be required to make changes in their network environment.
Please find below the list of addresses and ports which may need to be added to your firewall/proxy setup to allow for outgoing communications on port 443.
VPNs and proxy services
Access to Saxo platforms from VPNs, proxy services, and other anonymised network connections may be restricted for security reasons. If you cannot log in or trade, disable the VPN or proxy and try again using a standard internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact Client Service.
