You do not pay anything to have an account with Saxo Bank Switzerland. Only if the account has been inactive for an extended period of time will an inactivity fee apply.
For Saxo Bank AG accounts where there has been no trading activity for a period of 90 days, an inactivity fee of up to CHF 89* or the equivalent in the account currency will be charged.

What is considered a trading activity to avoid inactivity fee ?
- A trade executed
OR one of the below :
- Stock / Bonds transfer
- Futures Expiry
- Exercise of FX Option
- Stock Options Expiry
- Corporate Actions (regardless asset class) result a position
- Bonds Maturity
- Barrier Event (FX option)
- Stock/Bond transfer
