- Go to SaxoTraderGO and login
- Click Account (1) in top menu, then click Other (2), under Contact Support click Open (3).
Navigate to the question mark icon in the top right corner > Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases".
Contact Support form:
In subject please select "Classification documentation". If needed, write comments to documents uploaded. Upload documents by clicking Attach files
Finish by clicking Submit. A message will pop-up to confirm that you have completed the upload.
How to upload documents to an existing case
1. Go under My tickets, find a ticket and click Show ticket
2. Click ATTACH FILES, find and attach a file form your local directory. Hit SUBMIT.
