- Go to SaxoTraderGO and login
- Click Account (1) in top menu, then click Other (2), under Contact Support click Open (3).
In subject please select "Classification documentation". If needed, write comments to documents uploaded. Upload documents by clicking Attach files
Finish by clicking Submit. A message will pop-up to confirm that you have completed the upload.
How to upload documents to an existing case
1. Go under My tickets, find a ticket and click Show ticket
2. Click ATTACH FILES, find and attach a file form your local directory. Hit SUBMIT.
