To find your Open/Resolved support tickets in the Saxo platform, please follow the steps below:
- SaxoTraderGO/PRO: Navigate to the question mark icon in the top right corner
> Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases" > My tickets
- Mobile App SaxoTraderGO: Navigate to Menu icon
> Support > Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases" > My tickets
