Commission credits are credits that you can use to cover the cost of commissions when trading with Saxo. You can use commission credits to cover brokerage costs on trades of all products except FX, FX options, and CFD indices.
How to use commission credits?
When trading products that have commission fees such as stocks, ETFs, futures, and bonds, you can use commission credits. You pay all the trading fees when executing the trade and at the end of the day we will refund any commission costs that are covered by your credit balance. The refund will be in the currency of your main account.
To view your credit balance and refunds on our platforms, follow the steps below:
- SaxoTraderGO and SaxoInvestor: Click the Trading tab > click the 'i' icon in the Positions module > in the pop-up window you will see your credit balance under Account value.
-
