Your account can only be closed if the balance on the account value is 0.00.
There are two ways to close your account. You can either call us or submit a case/request.
To submit your request:
- login into your SaxoTraderGO platform and go to Account > Contact Support
- login to www.onlinewebconnect.com and go to Account > Contact Support
