Part 1. For clients, who have an Inter Account Transfer module available on the trading platform
It is possible to request a funds transfer between subaccounts by using an Inter Account Transfer module. In case your account is not set up for that, please use instructions under Part 2.
The Inter Account Transfer module can be found:
In SaxoTraderGO: Account > Deposit and Transfer > Inter Account Transfer
In SaxoTraderPRO: MENU > Account > Deposit and Transfer > Inter Account Transfer
In mobile App: Options > Inter Account Transfer
To request a transfer, please select the account you wish to transfer funds from, the receiving sub account and the amount to transfer, then click Transfer. The indicative conversion rate will be shown in the relevant field.

Part 2. For clients, who DO NOT have an Inter Account Transfer module available on the trading platform.
In some cases, the Inter Account Transfer module is not available for clients. In such case clients need to complete the below excel file and send to Saxo by creating a case.
Steps to follow:
1. Complete an attached excel file.
2. Submit a ticket by going to Account > Other > Contact support > Submit ticket.
3. Select an option Cash transaction enquiry, write "Sub account transfer request" in request details window.
4. Attach the excel file, using ATTACH FILES button and hit SUBMIT.
The ticket will be registered and forwarded to Client Funds team.
