Saxo provides extensive account reporting that can be accessed online at any time through the trading platforms, including Account and Financial Statements, Portfolio Reports and Trade Executed.
From 1 January 2018, Saxo has introduced a fee of USD 50 for Classic clients requesting online reports to be delivered by standard mail or email. This fee will also apply for third-party requests for reports from, for example, auditors.
In the new Account Section, Historic Reports and other Account services have been reorganised into tiles giving a better overview and description of the report.
You can find all your relevant reports and summaries by:
- SaxoTraderGO: main menu > Account activity and reports
- SaxoTraderPRO: Selecting Add Module > Historic reports
- SaxoInvestor: main menu > Historic reports
It is also possible to request reports (PDF only) from Contact Support page by selecting a report type and a period.
SaxoTraderGO/PRO: main menu > Settings > Other > Legacy support tickets > Request account Reports
Mobile App SaxoTraderGO: Navigate to the Menu icon > Support > Create support request > Request account Reports
SaxoInvestor : Navigate to the menu icon > Contact support
If you want to send reports to your auditor, simply choose Send to Auditor option and provide an email address.
