To start using Symantec VIP Access (2FA) your account needs to be enabled by Saxo Bank. To request your account to be enabled for 2FA you need to create a case with the subject General enquiry with your request.
STEP 1 - Install the Symantec 'VIP Access'-app
Our 2FA uses Symantec's "VIP Access" app to generate a Security Codes whenever you log into your trading platform and requires an iPhone, Android phone or Microsoft Windows Phone.
Go to the web store for your device and install the app:
STEP 2 - Login in to the trading platform
Using your Saxo login credentials
STEP 3 - Enter the Credential ID
Enter the Credential ID from your Symantec 'VIP Access'-app:
STEP 4 - Enter a Security Code on every login
