3. Residential address
Please inform us of your new address via a Support Ticket, and provide us with a proof of your new address in the form of one of the documents (issued within 6 months):
- National Identity Card
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bill
- Landline/Internet Bill
- Tax Statement
- Drivers License
- Official government document issued in your name
4. Name change
Please inform us of your new name via a Support Ticket, and provide us with proof of your new name in the form of one of the documents:
- National Identity Card
- Passport
- Deed Poll
