You can grant the Power of Attorney (PoA) of your account to someone else by giving them access.
What is PoA and what can be done with this access?
A Power of Attorney (PoA) is the authorization given by the account holder to a person allowing them to get access to the account, and perform actions such as placing trades, instructing cash withdrawals, etc.
Who can get the PoA?

First-line family members such as Spouse, Parent, Siblings, and Children

Only one non-family member can be granted the PoA in an account

How can a client request a PoA?
- Download, print, and fill out the PoA application form ('Power of Attorney')
- Login to the Contact us module here
- Click Account support > General enquiry
- Attach the form, along with a proof of identity such as a passport or national ID of the PoA holder The proof of identity must contain the PoA holder's signature
- Send message to submit your request
