Private account
A private account refers to an account held in your individual name or a joint account shared with a family member.
You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:
Navigate to the Main Menu > Update your personal information > Update account details to update your number/email/residency address. Or Update your phone number to only update your number.
Note: If you do not have access to platform anymore, please go through Forgot password process and you will be provided with the Change mobile link.

Organizations (superfund/trust/corporate)
Please note that currently Update account details is not usable for organizations.
- If you would like to update your personal mobile number that connects to your login/reset password, please use Update your phone number. If you do not have access to platform anymore, please go through Forgot password process and you will be provided with the Change mobile link.
- If you would like to update the number or email for the organization itself, please go to Contact us>Chat with us and let us know you need manual help to update the organization email. Please note that all the email notifications from Saxo will only be sent to the email registered to your organization, not your individual email that connects to your login.
- If you would like to update the organization's address, please go to Contact us>Chat with us and let us know you need manual help to update the organization address. Please provide the new address and a proof document.
Name change
If you would like to update your name, please go to Contact us>Chat with us and inform us that you require manual assistance to update your name. Please provide an official document showing your new name, such as a driving licence or passport.
