If you are experiencing a delay with a bank transfer, please contact your bank to initiate the investigation.
As a rule, Saxo does not investigate incoming funds delay, that responsibility lies with remitting banks.
Withdrawals
When transferring funds across borders or in a foreign currency, there are typically several parties involved. Unfortunately on rare occasions, it can happen that funds get stuck with any of the parties involved, which can cause a delay before funds reach the final beneficiary account.

It is important to note that fees may be incurred from correspondent banks during deposits or withdrawals, particularly with foreign currencies, as they act as intermediaries in international transactions.
