You can unsubscribe from an exchange from the trading platform.
- From any of our desktop platforms, go to the My profile
> Subscribe for market data
Click the Manage button and then press Unsubscribe at the bottom of the page.
Please note that subscriptions are paid for each calendar month, which means that no matter which day of the month you subscribe, you will be charged for the whole month.
In order to avoid fees for the next month, you must cancel the subscriptions within the current month.
Consequently, you will receive live prices from the exchange until the end of the calendar month despite unsubscribing.
