Welcome to the new SaxoInvestor – Saxo Switzerland Help center

We have updated SaxoInvestor to provide you with a better investing experience. Thanks to the new look and improved functionality, you can navigate the platform more easily, find relevant information faster and manage your investments even more efficiently.

What has changed?

SaxoInvestor has been updated with a refreshed design and improved navigation, making it easier to explore the markets, manage your portfolio and buy and sell investments. The updated version offers a more intuitive layout, improved product pages, better search functionality and faster access to the information and tools you use most often.

The main pages can now be found in the menu on the left on your computer. In the app, the main pages will be available partly via the buttons at the bottom and via the menu icon in the bottom-right corner.
Your portfolio gives you immediate access to your orders, transactions, historical performance, corporate actions and information about capital gains tax around and below your portfolio, with the option to click through for more details.
A brand-new AI Assistant can help you with questions about your own portfolio, create watchlists, prepare an order ticket based on your request and much more.
On the product pages, you can find all the key information about a product on a single page.
Your transaction overview, inspiration, upcoming earnings and news are now easily accessible via the menu on the left (on desktop) or via the menu icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.

Your portfolio – everything at a glance

Your portfolio becomes the page where all the latest relevant events are immediately visible. You can view your positions, track your performance over a period of your choice, review ongoing corporate actions and monitor your open orders. You will also immediately see news and upcoming earnings related to your portfolio. In the app, scroll down to see each section below your portfolio.

Navigate faster using the menu

On your computer, the menu bar containing the main pages moves to the left. This gives you one-click access from any page to your portfolio, watchlists, Markets pages, AI Assistant, Inspiration, Earnings, the screener, transaction overview and the Products page. In the app, you can access these pages via the buttons at the bottom or via the three horizontal lines labelled 'More' in the bottom-right corner.

The brand-new AI Assistant

The improved AI Assistant will now be available on every page to help you with your investments. It can create watchlists, analyse your portfolio, retrieve stock information for you, prepare an order ticket based on information you provide, and much more. Feel free to try it yourself and discover all the possibilities.

Focus on news, inspiration and your watchlists

Via the navigation on the left on your computer or the 'More' button in the app, you can quickly access the 'News', 'Earnings calendar' and 'Inspiration' pages. This allows you to stay up to date with recent market developments, investment trends and analyses in just a few clicks (including our daily 'Beurswekker'). With the 'Screener', you can create a dynamic watchlist in which instruments automatically appear or disappear when they meet the criteria you have selected.

You will see the search magnifying-glass icon in various places. If you would like to see the different types or exchanges available for a product, simply click the icon to display the available options.

Deposit funds from the Portfolio page

The Portfolio page is your central hub, and at the top you will always find an icon that allows you to deposit funds directly into your account. Most bank transfers are now instant, allowing you to act quickly on investment opportunities. On your computer, you will see the blue 'Deposit' button. In the app, you will see the icon with the downward arrow.

Find all your personal settings via your initials.

In the app, you will find your initials in the top-left corner of the Portfolio page. From there, you can, among other things, view your reports, change your personal settings, visit the Help Centre and contact us.

Switch to the improved SaxoInvestor and back

Navigation in the improved SaxoInvestor is still being developed, and as you familiarise yourself with the new platform, it may sometimes be useful to switch back to the current SaxoInvestor platform. You can therefore easily switch between the current and improved SaxoInvestor. When switching back to the old platform, please let us know why. Your feedback helps us continue improving the brand-new platform.

Via the icon showing your initials in the top-right corner of the website and the top-left corner of the Portfolio page in the app, you can switch back to the old platform. Via 'Give feedback', you can share your rating and suggestions for improvement with us.
