You basically can log in to your Saxo account whilst travelling to most locations(based on the local technical circumstances), with the exception of the following countries and regions:
Countries
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Russia, Belarus and Myanmar
Region of Cyprus: the part north of the UN buffer zone = Turkish part
Regions of Ukraine
Crimea, Sevastopol, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk

Any attempts at circumventing these restrictions by using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar services intended to mask your physical location could lead to termination of your account. |
How does it affect my ability to trade and make changes whilst in a restricted country?
- Any login attempt to the platform from those locations is prevented.
- Neither you nor the teams at Saxo will be able to take action, manage or change your portfolio on your account while you are in any of the restricted locations, therefore it is important that you plan ahead. We would like to note, that you may set up a POA for a family member.
- Access will resume automatically when you return to an unrestricted location.
Why these restrictions?
Saxo does not allow our products and services to be accessed from the above-mentioned sanctioned jurisdictions, in respect to global sanction regulations.
