All retail clients take an appropriateness test during the account opening process to determine which products should be enabled on the account.
This is especially important when considering more complex products such as leveraged instruments.
If the outcome of this assessment is that complex products are inappropriate for you to invest in, you will be notified.
If they believe incorrect information was submitted when completing the test-or your circumstances have changed- you can request to retake the test. This can be completed up to 3 times in any 3-month period.
