How to download account reports
Click on myprofile > Account activity and reports > Account reports > Download report > Select the given report > Click on pdf or excel
Which report are you looking for?
Account Statement - This shows all the transactions and movements that happened on a selected account for a given period.
Portfolio Report - This report includes information on performance, profit/loss, positions, and ex-ante costs and fees for a given period.
Aggregated Amounts - This report gives full access to your account data with aggregated amounts in the Excel Sheet. The sheet contains various aggregate numbers detailing what happened on your account (s) in a given period. This includes P/L, Exposures and bookings.
Dividends - This report includes all the dividends received for a given period.
Account Interest Details - This report shows all the interests that have been credited/debited and accrued on a selected account.
Audit request - This report generates a statement verifying your account balances on a given date and can be used for tax purposes.
Annual cost report - This report shows the development of performance with and without costs. Furthermore, it shows the costs on a Product and instrument level. Lastly, it includes an overview of all the ex-post costs and fees you had at a given year. The report will be available by the end of Q1 for the previous year.
More reports such as Bond coupon payments, CFD cash adjustments, CFD finance details, FX rollovers, Forex commissions are also available.
Please note that we are not able to provide bespoke Account Confirmation Letters. All account details can be found within the above reports |
How to get account reports sent to you
You can easily download reports yourself as described above. However, if the reports need to be sent explicitly by Saxo, please follow the outlined steps:
- SaxoTraderGO and SaxoInvestor: Navigate to '?' > Contact us > Account Support > Request account Reports > Write to us
- SaxoTraderPRO: Navigate to '?' > Support > Scroll down to "Contact us" > Account Support > Request account Reports > Write to us
- SaxoTraderGO (Mobile): Navigate to My profile > Click on "?" > Contact us > Account Support > Request account Reports > Write to us
