How do I update my phone number, email or residential address?

You can update your personal information directly on Saxo platforms.

• Name change

Phone number and email address

You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:

• SaxoTraderGO: Update account details
• SaxoInvestor: Update account details
• SaxoTraderPRO: navigate to the main menu > Update personal information > Update account details

Name change

Please inform us of your new name via a Support request, select the option General enquiry and attach the proof of your new name in the form of one of the documents: 

• National Identity Card
• Passport
• Deed Poll  (A legal document that allows an individual to change their name officially. It is a formal declaration of intention to renounce a previous name and adopt a new one.)

Residential address
