You can submit documents to Saxo through a ticket in Contact Support module.
Please see a path description to the module, using different Saxo platforms:
- SaxoTraderGO/PRO: Navigate to the question mark icon in the top right corner
> Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases".
- Mobile App SaxoTraderGO: Navigate to the Menu icon
> Support > Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases".
You can find your opened requests under My tickets or create a new one, pressing Submit ticket.
Simply describe your query, attach documents, using ATTACH FILES button and hit SUBMIT.
