Do you from time to time get this screen although you already trusted the device (Computer, phone, browser,...) you are using?
You may be asked to reset your device as a trusted device every time you log in for several reasons. Below are the most common causes and solutions.
Incognito mode
If you use your browser (the program that allows you to access the Internet) in incognito mode, your device will not be trusted. To fix this, use your browser’s normal mode.
Your browser's cookies clear automatically
Your browser may be set to automatically delete cookies and history when you close it. To fix this, check your browser’s settings under ‘privacy and security’ and disable the option to automatically delete cookies upon closing the program.
Changing the resolution of your screen
If your device screen keeps changing resolution, you may be asked to reset your device as a trusted device again. This can happen if you reset or change your screen resolution or connect a laptop to different/multiple screens.
A browser update
Every time your browser has done a major update or has been reinstalled.
