Dividend distribution in warrants
GameStop Corp. has announced a special dividend distribution in the form of warrants for shareholders of common stock as of the ex-date of 3 October 2025. To be eligible for the warrants, you must hold the shares in your portfolio before market open on 3 October 2025 (i.e., purchased no later than 2 October 2025). You will automatically receive the warrants in your portfolio. No action is required on your part.
- Each shareholder will receive 1 warrant per 10 shares.
- 1 warrant entitles the holder to purchase 1 new share at an exercise price of $32.00, valid until 30 October 2026.
- Delivery of the warrants into the portfolio is expected on 7 October 2025, or the following days.
- The warrants have value and can be sold directly on the exchange. They can also be exchanged for shares until 30 October 2026.
Example
If you hold 115 shares in your portfolio before market open on 3 October 2025, you will receive 11 warrants in the week of 7 October 2025. Fractional warrants are not allocated. The remaining 5 shares will therefore not receive warrants.

Who is eligible?
- Clients must purchase the shares no later than 2 October 2025 to be eligible.
- Purchases on or after 3 October 2025 do not entitle the holder to warrants.
- Clients with fewer than 10 shares will see the corporate action on the platform, but will not receive warrants.
How do I exercise my warrants?
As soon as the warrants have been credited to your portfolio, an option will be made available to exercise them. You will be provided with further instructions through our platform via the Corporate Actions menu. Upon allocation, it may take a few days before this option becomes visible.
You can also sell the warrant directly on the exchange and realise its value. They would be visible in the portfolio and could be traded from there, just as you would with any other instrument.
