If you’re experiencing issues with your Face ID login, follow these steps to reset and re-enable the feature on your mobile device. Note that you need to ensure that Face ID is enabled on your phone first by going to Settings > Face ID & Passcode.
Then follow these steps on SaxoTrader mobile app:
Step 1: Go to My Profile > Platform settings.
Step 2: Click on Login & System Info.
Step 3: Find the Trusted devices section and click on Manage devices.
Step 4: Click on Edit in the Manage devices menu.
Step 5: Click on Remove next to all your trusted devices.
Step 6: Ensure your Trusted devices list is empty. NOTE: This step is crucial for a fresh setup.
Step 7: Go back to My profile and click Log out.
Step 8: Log in again by entering your User ID and password. Then you will see the Enable Face ID option again. Click it to enable face ID.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully reinitiate the Face ID login feature.
