How do I request the account closure (the whole account)?
How do I close one of my sub-accounts?
The AutoInvest account is treated as a sub-account and can be closed just like any other sub-account.
How do I request the account closure (the whole account)?
Should you choose to close your account with Saxo, you can do so from within our platforms:
-
Simply click on the main menu
- Go to Your account > Request account services
- Click Close my account
An account can be closed when the following has already been done by you:
- Open orders, if there are any, are cancelled. (How do I cancel an order?)
- Open positions (Trades), if there are any, are closed.
- Cash, if there is any, is withdrawn. Click "Transfer funds" to send funds to your registered account. (How do I withdraw funds?) If there is a small balance ranging from -5 to 5 SGD, you have the option to waive it. Our system will automatically write off this balance, bringing your account to zero.
- Relevant account and trading reports are recommended to be downloaded (Where can I find my account reports?)

Be aware If you do not withdraw all cash from your account, your account cannot be closed, resulting in additional fees after a certain period of time. Read more about our fees. For little balance that you do not want to transfer, please agree to waive it so our system can bring your account to zero. |
