You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:
- SaxoTrader: Update account details
- SaxoInvestor*: Update account details
Or navigate to the main menu > Update your personal information > Update account details
Please note that Update your phone number can only be used to change your old number to a new one that has the same country code as your country of residence. If your new number has a different country code, please update it under Update account details.
Under Update account details, you can update your email, mobile number, address, ID, etc.
If you only wish to retrieve the personal details registered with us, you can also download this information there.
Note: If you are not able to log in platform and need to change mobile number first, please use this change mobile link. If your new number has a different country code, please call us.

The form might not be available
- If you have been contacted by us (clientrenewal@saxobank.com) to verify and renew your account details and documentation, the option to update your contact details on the platform might be temporarily unavailable until the verification process has been completed by Saxo.
- For some account types, the form is not available at the moment. If you don't have access to it, please get in touch and we will assist you.
Name change
Please contact us (chat with a service agent) and provide the proof of your name in the form of one of the documents:
- National Identity Card
- Passport
- Deed Poll (A legal document that allows an individual to change their name officially. It is a formal declaration of intention to renounce a previous name and adopt a new one.)
