Can I change my account name?

 It is possible to personalize an account name.

1. Login to SaxoTrader
2. At the bottom of the screen, select the account you want to rename (if you have more than one).
3. Click on the  icon next to the account.
4. Click on the blue account name (TRIAL_2211568 in our example).
5. Type your desired name and click OK. In the following example it was renamed to TRIAL_FOREX.

Note: the new name can be max. 15 characters

On mobile app, you can go to Portfolio > select the account you want to rename > click the three dots icon > Rename Account

Remember that communication with Saxo will always be based on your client ID (or account ID sometimes) and not the personalized account name. Hence always mention your client ID when contacting us.
