How to register a new account to use for withdrawals

If you don't have an account registered for withdrawals you would see this on the platform: 

How to register a new bank account for withdrawal:

1. Make a deposit from the new bank account using a bank/wire transfer (including Paynow) to your Saxo account. Please always insert your Saxo ID in the Comments /Message to receiver /Bill Ref/Payment Details field.

2. We verify the incoming payment details and store them for you to withdraw securely. Wait for the notification that the payment has been received (this can take up to 3 business days). The notification will also inform you if your bank account has been registered for withdrawal or not.
   
   
3. You can then make withdrawals to the new account. If your account is not registered please read the instructions below. 

I have made a bank transfer to my Saxo account, but I still don't see the account number registered for withdrawal

Occasionally when you transfer money to Saxo, your bank may not reveal your personal bank account details to Saxo hence we will not be able to register it.

In that case, it must be registered manually. Please prepare the proof of transaction, your account statement (which shows your name, your account number and bank name) and your ID copy, and send them on the platform:

  • SaxoTraderPRO: click on the support icon '?' > Contact us > Write to us > Cash deposits and withdrawals > Deposits

We will then receive your request and documents and register your bank account accordingly, normally within three working days.
