If an RGTS payment is processed, the funds should be visible on your trading account within the same business day; during operating hours. If this does not occur, please contact your Account Manager or our Operations desk on

If a standard ACH bank transfer was processed, the funds should appear in your trading account within 24 hours; however at times due to the remitting bank’s (your bank’s) cut-off time 48 hours (maximum 2 business days) from when the payment was transferred. Weekends and public holidays may extend the timeframe further. However this can also vary depending on the routing of the payment done by the remitting bank.
If it has been more than 2 business days since you transferred funds, and it is still not visible on your trading account, please contact your bank and ask them for a SWIFT message. Please then send the SWIFT message and a copy of the transaction confirmation receipt of the payment made to operations@saxomarkets.com.au. Saxo will investigate the matter with the receiving bank.
