Yes, you can grant access to your account by giving someone else power of attorney.
A power of attorney (PoA) is an authorization that the account holder gives to a designated person to get access to the account and perform certain actions.
The PoA can be given to:
- Spouse
- Parents
- Siblings
- Children (must have reached adulthood)
The PoA may also be given to financial advisor or accountant.

The form needs to be filled, printed, signed and submitted via a support ticket on the platform along with a proof of identity (Passport or National ID) of the PoA holder. The proof of identity must contain a signature sample. How to contact us
