To transfer a stock and/or bond position from one sub-account to another, please submit a ticket called Position movement between Sub accounts under Contact Support page on the trading platform. Please see How to create support a ticket.
Steps to follow:
- Fill the attached "Position move" excel file (can be found in the end of this article). Save it.
- Create a Support Ticket, choosing an option Position movement between Sub accounts. Attach earlier saved excel file and submit a request.
- IMPORTANT - Please make sure that related orders are canceled prior to requesting the position to be moved. After position transfer is processed, you will see it reflected on your account.

Instructions to fill the position movement excel:
From account | Account number from which the positions have to be moved |
To Account | Account number to which the positions have to be moved |
Ticker | Abbreviation used to uniquely identify traded instrument (e.g., AAPL:xnas) |
Amount | For Stocks: Number of stocks. For Bonds: Nominal value |
Position number | Please enter the Position ID which can be found under Position Details. Kindly note that if you are holding multiple positions of same instrument you have to provide individual Position IDs |
Instrument Type | Please select from the drop down in the sheet |
Related Orders Cancel? | Please cancel any related orders for position which are requested to be moved. Otherwise, the request will be rejected |
* Please do not change the name of the excel sheet that you attach to the support ticket.
