When launching our app for the first time you will be asked to allow notifications. Once accepted, your phone will be added to our notification system for trade confirmations and margin calls.
The notification settings can be managed from SaxoTraderGO (the web based platform ) or SaxoTraderPRO. If you don't see your device under the notifications section of SaxoTraderGO (Settings > Notifications) please delete and re-install the app, and accept push messages at first launch.
Depending on the version being used, we will typically enable notifications by default and automatically add the device to the recipient list upon first login.
Mobile device is registered
If your mobile phone is registered, you will see your phone name in the Mobile section (see image below) together with the type of notifications to receive (in below example its Positions and Margin calls).
You can always remove a registered device from receiving notifications or manage the types of notifications you want to receive from the same section.
