How do I update my residential address?
Instructions to update your address are provided here: How do I update my phone number, email or residential address?
I am residing in a country where Saxo’s service is discontinued, but I am a customer of one of Saxo's partners. How does this affect me?
In broad terms, any client who has signed Saxo’s General Business Terms will be impacted in the same way as direct retail clients. However, as it depends on the nature of our partnership with your provider, we recommend that you contact the partner directly with questions relating to the procedure, impact, and/or timelines.
