If you use the mobile app to log in, you'll only need to receive an SMS once to set your device as trusted, so future logins won't require SMS verification. However, if you log in from web browsers or SaxoTrader for desktop, we recommend installing our mobile app to receive push notifications for two-factor verification.

What if I don’t receive the SMS?
First, you can click 'Send voice message' to receive a voice message. This option becomes available a few seconds after the SMS is sent. You will receive a call and hear the code when you answer.
If your mobile number differs from the one registered with us, you can update your number in the same window, right below the voice message option. We only send SMS messages to the phone number you have registered with us.
If the voice message doesn't work for you, please follow these steps:
- Turn off WiFi and mobile data.
- Switch on airplane mode.
- Restart your mobile phone.
- Switch off airplane mode.
- Turn on WiFi or mobile data, if needed.
After completing these steps, try requesting the SMS again.
If the issue persists, please wait a few hours and try again. If you still do not receive the SMS, contact us for further assistance.
