Can appear when trying to load certain modules (Contact support, Subscriptions, Funding, Update personal details and some reporting modules) in our trading platforms, when using the Safari browser on MacOS or iOS.
Suggested solution:
On your Mac
- Launch Safari
- Click Safari
- Click Preferences...
- Select Privacy
- Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking
On your iOS phone
- Open Settings
- Go to Safari
- Switch off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
For Blank page under Account tab in SaxoTraderGO on Google Chrome:
The issue is almost always due to a setting in Chrome – “Block third-party cookies and site data” being ticked in the Chrome settings.
In order to uncheck this setting, please click on:
Choose Settings > Click on “Show advanced settings…”:
Click on “Content settings…”:
Uncheck “Block third-party cookies and site data” and press “Done”:
