We offer two convenient options for completing your documents: you can easily sign it digitally through DocuSign, or if you prefer, print, fill out, and sign it manually. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. 

Physical signatureDigital signature (DocuSign or Signhost)
  1. Print and complete the document.
  2. Mandatory: Sign in blue or black ink."
  3. Return a scanned copy or photocopy of the form through the secure inbox message in Saxo platform.

 

  1. Review and complete the form.
  2. Digitally sign the document.
  3. Return the digitally signed document and certificate from the digital signature process.
