From 25 September 2025, changes to our product offerings reclassify certain Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) and Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) instruments as accessible only to Professional clients.
Retail clients can no longer open new positions in these instruments but can close existing ones at their discretion. Any open positions will be set to reduce-only. You will not be forced to close any open positions.
Retail clients are still able to trade medium and low ETCs and ETNs, after having passed an Appropriateness Test.
The reclassification is part of our ongoing commitment to comply with regulatory standards and ensure that our offerings are suited for the appropriate client base and align with the best practices in the industry.
