Futures are considered complex instruments, why you might not be able to view or trade futures.
Make sure to use SaxoTrader
To access futures, you must log in to SaxoTrader, as complex products, in general, are not tradable on SaxoInvestor. You can use the same login credentials for SaxoTrader as you do for SaxoInvestor.
Enable visibility and pass the Product Knowledge Test
To enable visibility of futures, navigate to My Profile > under Settings, click Trading Products. You will then see an overview of the enabled trading products.
Click on the toggle switch next to the desired trading product to enable visibility.
Note that for complex products, you are required to pass a product knowledge test before you can start trading these products. To access the given test, click "Go to test."

Non-tradable instruments
To enable the visibility of non-tradable instruments, navigate to My Profile > click Platform settings > click Platform & Trading > enable the visibility using the toggle switch as shown below:
Please be aware that enabling the visibility of non-tradable instruments will not allow you to trade them; however, you can still explore these instruments.
