- SaxoTraderGO: Navigate to Account > Other > Contact support
- SaxoTraderPRO: Click Menu > Other > Contact support
- SaxoTrader: Select Account > Account (New Account Section) > Other > Contact support
It is possible to attach documents to the case by clicking on Attach files. Please remember to select a subject from the drop-down menu under Please select an option...
