Saxo platforms communicate with a set of remote servers in order to function properly.
Most users will not need to make any changes to their Network Environment for our platforms to run optimally – typically, users behind a corporate firewall could be required to make changes in their network environment.
Please find below the list of addresses and ports which may need to be added to your firewall/proxy setup to allow for outgoing communications on port 443.

*For an ideal experience we recommend your proxy server allow WebSocket traffic through these URLs.

As a minimum requirement, in order to fully utilize the trading application, port 443 needs to be open for HTTPS traffic respectively, to the servers listed above.
We also recommend that you clear the cache of your proxy to ensure that it is using the latest details.
