The error appears in the stock transfer module as the program requires full stops when stating the price of the shares that need to be transferred but once you get to the confirmation window then the prices of the shares are separated by commas and you are unable to submit the request due to the following error “the rate is invalid for the shares”
The way the error can be resolved is by going to the main menu > Platform settings > Language and changing the format to English. The reason for this is because some regional settings change the full stop to a comma.
