The message "Exposure cannot be increased due to client configuration" can be linked to different causes.
Your account has most probably a restriction on funding and trading due to a pending case regarding the update of your account information.
Please check if you have received notifications from Saxo Bank about the update of your personal details by e-mail or on the platform:
- SaxoTraderGO click Update account information
- SaxoInvestor* click Update account information
- SaxoTraderPRO navigate to the main menu > Look under Personal details > Update your personal information > Update account details
Then please follow the instructions to submit the requested details, as that could be a reason you cannot open new positions and increase exposure.
