Please see a path description to the module, using different Saxo platforms: Desktop Platforms: Navigate to the question mark icon in the top right corner > Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases". Mobile App SaxoTraderGO: Navigate to the Menu icon > Support > Contact support and click on "Create Support queries and see your historical support cases" You can find your opened requests under My tickets or create a new one, pressing Submit ticket. Simply describe your query, attach documents, using ATTACH FILES button and hit SUBMIT.
