Why can't I see my closed positions in my Portfolio / Positions?

If you do not see positions, closed today in the Positions module, it means that you have Real-Time Position Netting enabled. All positions closed during the day will appear in Historic reports on the next day.

SaxoInvestor platform uses real-time netting by default.

When a position is closed - it disappears immediately and will not be visible under your Portfolio page.

Where can I see the positions details then?

Position details will be available in reports the following day. 

To check your position execution on the same day, please go to the main menu > Account activity and reports> Account activity > Activity Log.
