To get the best results from the chatbot, describe your question clearly and be as specific as possible.
If the answer is not quite right, rephrase your question or add more details — the chatbot can have a conversation with you and adjust its responses.
How to open the chatbot and ask for an agent
Open the chat from your platform:
- SaxoTrader: Click Chat
- SaxoInvestor*: Click Chat

What if I cannot log in?
If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can:
- Reset your password or retrieve your user ID from the login screen.

When to create a support case
Create a support case only for non-urgent requests that cannot be handled in chat, such as:
- Administrative changes
- Complex account-related requests
- Documentation or follow-up matters
