You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:

• SaxoTraderGO: Update account details
• SaxoInvestor*: Update account details
• SaxoTraderPRO: Navigate to the main menu  > Update personal information > Update account details

Name

Please let us know your new name by starting a chat and asking to speak to a Client Services representative, who will guide you through the process. You will be asked to provide proof of identity, such as:

• National Identity Card
• Passport
• Deed Poll (A legal document that allows an individual to change their name officially. It is a formal declaration of intention to renounce a previous name and adopt a new one.)

Residential address 

To Update your account information:

1. Confirm your data until you reach the Update address step and follow the instructions provided.
