Private account
You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:
Navigate to the Main Menu > Update your personal information > Update account details to update your number/email/residency address. Or Update your phone number to only update your number.
Note: If you do not have access to platform anymore, please go through Forgot password process and you will be provided with the Change mobile link.

The form might not be available

Organizations (superfund/trust/corporate)
Please note that currently Update account details is not usable for organizations.
- If you would like to update your personal mobile number that connects to your login/reset password, please use Update your phone number. If you do not have access to platform anymore, please go through Forgot password process and you will be provided with the Change mobile link.
- If you would like to update the number or email for the organization itself, please go to Contact us>Write to us>Personal information and documents>Submit documents and submit the request. You do not need to submit any documents. You only need to write the request and submit it.
- If you would like to update the organization's address, please go to Contact us>Write to us>Personal information and documents>Submit documents, provide the new address, upload a proof document and submit the request.
Please note that all the email notifications from Saxo will only be sent to the email registered to your organization, not your individual email that connects to your login.
Name change
Please inform us of your new name via a Write to us, select the option Contact us>Personal information and documents and attach the proof of your new name in the form of one of the documents:
- National Identity Card
- Passport
- Deed Poll
