Please note that currently Update account details is not usable for organizations.
If you would like to update your personal mobile number that connects to your login/reset password, please use Update your phone number. If you do not have access to platform anymore, please go through Forgot password process and you will be provided with the Change mobile link.
If you would like to update the number or email for the organization itself, please go to Contact us>Personal information and documents and submit the request.
Please note that all the email notifications from Saxo will only be sent to the email registered to your organization, not your individual email that connects to your login.
Please inform us of your new name via a Write to us, select the option Contact us>Personal information and documents and attach the proof of your new name in the form of one of the documents:
