Phone number and email address
You can update your personal information after you have logged in to your account:
- SaxoTrader: Update account details
- SaxoInvestor*: Update account details

SaxoTrader desktop: Navigate to the main menu
> Update personal information > Update account details

The form might not be available
- If you have been contacted by Client Renewal to verify and renew your account details and documentation, the option to update your contact details on the platform might be temporarily unavailable until the verification process has been completed by Saxo.
- For some account types, the form is not available at the moment. If you don't have access to it, please Contact us and we will assist you.
Name
Please let us know your new name by starting a chat and asking to speak to a Client Services representative, who will guide you through the process. You will be asked to provide proof of identity, such as:
- National Identity Card
- Passport
- Deed Poll (A legal document that allows an individual to change their name officially. It is a formal declaration of intention to renounce a previous name and adopt a new one.)
Residential address
To Update your account information:
- Confirm your data until you reach the Update address step and follow the instructions provided.
