How can I change my password?

I know my password, but I want to change it

You can change your password at any time on all platforms. Follow the steps below to change your password today.

You can change your password by navigating to My profile  > Platform settings > Click Login and System info > Click Change password.

If you know your current password, you can directly change it to a new password.

If you login by Face ID/fingerprint and forget your current password, you can click Forgot password to change it to a new password. 

You will be asked to:

1. Type the email address linked to your account and your User ID (Login ID).
2. You will receive an SMS to your registered mobile number with a verification code.
3. Enter the verification code and continue.
4. Enter a new password and Submit.
