If you’re experiencing issues with your Face ID login, follow these steps to reset and re-enable the feature on your mobile device. Note that you need to ensure that Face ID is enabled on your phone first by going to Settings > Face ID & Passcode.
Step 1: Open the app and navigate to the “My profile” menu.
Step 2: Click on “Platform settings” to access further options.
Step 3: In the Platform settings menu, click on “Login & System Info”.
Step 4: Find the “Trusted devices” section and click on “Manage devices”.
Step 5: Click on “Edit” in the Manage devices menu.
Step 6: Click on “Remove” next to all your trusted devices.
Step 7: Ensure your “Trusted devices” list is empty. NOTE: This step is crucial for a fresh setup.
Step 8: After emptying the list, close the tab using the “X” in the top-right corner. NOTE: Click “X” again until you return to the Profile page.
Step 9: Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile menu and click “Log out” from the app, and confirm by pressing “Yes”. This will complete the reset process.
Step 10: Log in again by entering your User ID number and password.
Step 11: Once you’re logged in, you can re-enable the Face ID login feature.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully reinitiate the Face ID login feature.
