If you've recovered your user ID or reset your password but are still unable to log in, the issue may be related to another login setting.

Not receiving a verification code?

You may be experiencing a two-step authentication or trusted-device issue. Read "Adding a trusted device to your Saxo account".

Changed your phone number?

If the phone number registered on your account is no longer available, you may need to update your authentication settings. Read "Adding a trusted device to your Saxo account".

Locked out after too many login attempts?

If you entered an incorrect user ID or password multiple times, your access may be temporarily restricted. Read "What do I do with the error message, "You have exceeded the maximum login attempts. Please wait the specified time before you log in again"?".
